Why Not Get The Covid Vaccine?

Latin Americans are getting the shots in the USA

Medical experts say the vaccines are safe and effective

The majority of the population of the United States seems willing and anxious to get the COVID-19 vaccine into their arms. They want the added protection that the vaccines offer. They want to see the pandemic come to an end, and they realize that the vaccines are a means to get there.

An article in The New York Times by Ernesto Londoño, Daniel Politi and Santi Carneri reported on Latin Americans heading to the United States for Covid shots. It stated:

They showed a photo of two visitors from Colombia getting their Pfizer-BioNtech vaccinations at the Miami International Airport.

The wealthy and middle class people of South America with passports are coming to the United States to get the COVID-19 shots.

Why are so many Americans choosing NOT to be vaccinated when it is highly recommended by all the health care experts? That is an unknown factor. Some say they don’t think the vaccines are approved and tested enough. That is not the case.

The vaccines should definitely be effective in stopping the spread and ending the pandemic. Most people are in agreement over that fact. Life will be better without COVID.
